Through a systematic receiving and audit process, we are able to track the devices into our warehouse, through staging, back out to shipping and finally delivery to the customer with pinpoint accuracy and consistency.
Reporting
With our State of the Art, real time reporting automation, you receive order summary records, device and user details, shipping information and asset tracking, all from one location. With tools like Receipt verification, Annual user possession verification and Asset management, Sprint and the customer have the tools necessary for managing a large wireless programs.
Care
Manage Mobility provides additional Customer "CARE" to ensure the customer has a positive experience with Sprint. Our team of customer service specialists are all previous Sprint employees with over 50 years combined experience. We take pride in our one call resolution philosophy ensuring that every customer is satisfied. Manage Mobility uses a proprietary customer ticketing/call log system to track the calls, log the issues and flags necessary follow up. This automated system ensures all customers are taken care of quickly and thoroughly.
