The Product Sourcing Manager is responsible for identifying new trends in the telecom industry, researching the validity of the trend, sourcing the solution, negotiating prices and terms with vendors, managing the launch and deployment of solutions and working with the marketing and pricing team to develop pricing and communication tools.



Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for managing customers complete lifecycle. Responsibilities include completing on boarding activities, facilitating reoccurring customer calls, producing process documents, assisting with deployments, complete customer set up in proprietary system, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Senior Proposal Writer

Manage Mobility combines hardware and application procurement processes, m2m solutions, telecom expense management and more to offer customers one point of contact for all their telecom needs.

The Senior Proposal Writer will be a full-time position dedicated solely to the purpose of overall drafting and presentation of content for RFPs as well as writing and reviewing sales proposals. The ideal candidate will have a strong project manager and/or sales background and possess proven experience to write, manage and win proposals in response to RFP/RFQ/RFIs. Must also be an excellent communicator with strong organization skills and extensive writing experience in a professional environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Write responses to customer requests, manage the overall development and production of winning sales proposals, and position Manage Mobility as the preferred provider for information, technology and telecom solutions.
  • Work effectively with team members in various departments to gather information and develop persuasive responses to customer requests and other proposal documents.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of Manage Mobility’s products and services, business strategies, plans and competition.
  • Review, edit and provide written translation for all content from technical and management contributors ensuring the end result is a unified, winning final product.
  • Compose clear, concise answers to customer inquiries or requests for clarification.
  • Review content for completeness, accuracy and correctness of language use and revise the RFP response to meet predetermined standards of style and accuracy.
  • Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, reviews, approvals and signatures.
  • Responsible for production, quality check, labeling, packaging, and physical and/or electronic delivery of the proposal.
  • Evaluate and recommend process improvements.
  • Contribute to proposal database repository including frequently asked questions, templates and examples.
  • Familiarity with federal government acquisition, solicitation, RFP process and contracting resources including GSA Schedules is preferred.
  • Able to balance multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines as well as proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited University/College.
  • Minimum of five years related experience writing sales proposals/RFPs.
  • Experience in researching and synthesizing information from multiple sources into a cohesive, easy-to-read, and persuasive final product.
  • Experience in editing proposal sections for structure, content, and messaging so they are clear, concise, and compelling.
  • Attention to detail and follow-up skills essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work under stress with tight schedule deadlines and produce high quality work.
  • Background in SaaS, wireless/telecom industry preferred.
  • Experience supporting proposals to obtain business with the Federal Government is highly desirable.

Marketing Manager

can take our rapidly expanding organization to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of marketing experience and will be an ambitious self-starter who is completely hands-on and comfortable juggling several projects at any one time.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the outbound solution marketing activities for Manage Mobility and will work closely with product management and sales to craft the messaging and positioning for these solutions. The ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into customer solutions and benefits is crucial. They will also be the expert in competitive analysis and will take the lead in defining pricing for the solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop positioning and messaging that differentiates our solutions in the market
  • Communicate the value proposition of the solution to the sales team and is responsible for the development of the sales tools that support the selling process, including sales presentation, demo strategy and scripts, training
  • Develop and drive the launch of new solutions/products and releases and manages the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
  • Clearly define marketing objectives and create unique selling proposals and strategies
  • Responsible for writing, designing, creating and producing all marketing collateral in collaboration with product management and graphic design team.
  • Develop in partnership with marketing communication and coordinated with sales promotional materials and lead generation campaigns to attain company growth targets
 
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing or a related field. Master’s degree considered a plus.
  • Marketing experience in telecommunications/wireless/SaaS industry preferred.
  • Natural leadership with proven ability to build strong alliances with peers and team members.
  • Must possess outstanding interpersonal skills (proactive problem solving capabilities, entrepreneurial and team-oriented spirit, strong team work, attention to detail, and communication skills)
  • Must be versatile, results-oriented, detail-oriented and organized with proven skills and track record in all aspects of marketing, media and advertising strategy and event management.
  • Must possess the proven ability to balance priorities, meet tight deadlines and produce superior quality.
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint. Experience with other graphic software and web portal design a plus.
