In fact, many of our current team members are former employees of large telecommunications providers, providing years of hands-on experience and expertise to our clients. We are able to attract and retain the very best individuals in their respective fields, allowing Manage Mobility to remain an elite Business Solution Partner.

Meet Our Executives

Mike McGuire - President & CEO

Mike McGuire graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelors Degree in Economics in 1994. Mike began his career with Cable & Wireless as a Financial Specialist, but soon after his passion for selling quickly moved him up the ranks. Mike was later awarded his first sales position as a Strategic Support Rep within the organization's indirect Channel. There, he managed 20 large companies and grew sales by 27% in his very first year. After continued success, he later earned a new position as a Partner Manager, supporting over 100 strategic accounts. Then, after successfully aligning, managing, and growing the value of the partner channel, Mike was again promoted into a new role, this time as a Business Development Manager. There, Mike supported over 50 Business Solutions Partners & Vertical Account Rep's during a 5 year period. It was then Mike found his true passion for growing and developing organizations, so he moved to Atlanta with his family to start his own company, Call Center Carriers. Mr. McGuire's newly formed organization served as a managing and consulting firm for large Call Centers. Two years later the wireless industry exploded and with it came new opportunity. Seeing the potential to better serve the needs of wireless customers, Mike's vision and foresight then led him to start Manage Mobility, where he is currently serving as the President & CEO.

Stacy Chisum - Vice President, Sales

Stacy joined Manage Mobility as Vice President of Sales in early 2009 after spending the previous 10 years at Sprint. She began her career as part of the Sprint's Associate Engineering Program, an exclusive training program for a select new hires. Shortly after, Stacy was working in the Reston, VA Network Operations Center (NOC), where she was a Lead Tech in the service delivery group, supporting wire line customers. She then moved into Sprint's Federal Division to support the Civilian Agencies as a Sales Engineer. Her next move within the organization was to the Atlanta, Georgia office where she supported the Enterprise Sales team as a Data Sales Manager (DSM). Finally in 2005, Stacy moved into an Indirect Channel Manager role within the Master Agent Program. There, she supported Manage Mobility and other top BSP's, before transitioning into her newest role at Manage Mobility.

Stacy graduated from the University of Florida with B.A. Degrees in both Information Systems and Business.

David McMinn - Vice President, Operations

David McMinn joined Manage Mobility as Vice President of Operations June, 2006. Prior to joining Manage Mobility, David was Vice President of Sourcing at Unisource Worldwide, where he was responsible for building a centralized sourcing team to consolidate and rationalize vendor partners and products. David served 2 years at OfficeMax as Vice President of Merchandising where he was instrumental in several new merchandising campaigns and the downtown store program. Before Office Max, David spent 5 years at Office Depot as their Vice President of Merchandising, where he led a team of 296 people in Merchandising and the Copy and Print Centers. He led several initiatives in IT support for vendor partners, Industry-leading merchandising and promotional campaigns, and drove unprecedented sales growth in several key areas for the company. David started his retail career at AutoZone, where he held several positions over his 15 year career from operating stores to managing the merchandising department.

Hans Kraeger - Vice President, Technology

Hans Kraeger is responsible for Manage Mobility, ManagedTel, and M2M Mobility’s on-demand enterprise telecom management solutions, as well as all internal information technology solutions that support the business.   Prior to Manage Mobility, Hans served in Information Technology leadership roles with Silverpop, SunTrust, The Home Depot, and Genesis Consulting.  Hans is very active in the Atlanta community, co-founding with his wife the East Valley Elementary School Foundation and serving on the Board of Directors for The Social Train.   He earned an MBA degree from Goizueta Business School at Emory University, and Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning from University at Buffalo (SUNYAB).

Scott Eaton - Director, Strategic Accounts & Partner Services

Scott joined Manage Mobility in 2008 as Director of Major Accounts and Partner Services. With more than 12 years of telecom industry experience, he has demonstrated a strong track record of success throughout his career. Before joining Manage Mobility, Scott spent 6 years as Vice President of Sales for Atlanta master agency, Microcorp, working with both the direct and indirect sales channels. Prior, Scott spent 6 years with Cable & Wireless where he climbed the ranks to Director of Sales for the Atlanta branch, after previously serving as a Major Account Executive within the organization. During his tenure, Scott has earned many industry-related certifications, in addition to being recognized with various sales and performance awards.

Scott graduated from Fitchburg State College in Massachusetts with a B.S. Degree in Communications.

Mike Orzechowski - Director, Marketing & Communications

Mike Orzechowski joined Manage Mobility as Director of Marketing & Communications in May, 2009. Mike brought with him 13 years of marketing experience, 6 from within the telecommunications industry. Prior to Manage Mobility, Mike was a Sr. Marketing Manager for AT&T where he managed offers and promotions for the national small business group. Mike got his start in telecommunications at Sprint Nextel where he served for 5 years in two different positions. Most recently, he was part of the corporate Sports Marketing group at Sprint, managing NASCAR and NFL sponsorship programs. Prior, Mike was the Area Marketing Manager in the Southeast region supporting the direct, indirect, and retail sales channels. Other positions for Mike include; Promotions Manager at NASCAR's Atlanta Motor Speedway, and Marketing Manager-North America for global tire manufacturer, Maxxis Tires.

Mike graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communication. He also holds an Associate's Degree in Mass Communications & Journalism from Becker College.
