Step 1: Strategic Planning

We start with fact finding. We actively listen to our customers and gather critical information about your business. We dig deep to fully understand your individual challenges and overall objectives. Our experienced management team then collaborates with Sprint to build around your unique requirements to create the optimal solution for you.

Step 2: Solution Development

We develop your program structure. We work with our vertical solution experts, preferred partners, data specialists, and team of network engineers to build you a fully-customized and integrated solution. We leverage our volume-based discounts to source key requirements at a reduced cost; allowing us to pass the savings along to our clients.

Step 3: Process Outline

We create a custom "Process Document." This is the formal documentation that describes the entire solution building process in detail: Who, What, When, Where, and How your program will be deployed and managed. It keeps our customers well informed and helps set proper expectations, while providing the foundation for a long-lasting relationship.

Step 4: Logistics & Deployment

We define the end-user experience. Before we ship, we ensure each device is working properly, fully charged, individually labeled, and pre-loaded with required applications. Upon request, we can also include special instructions or customized collateral as needed. Devices requiring special delivery are deployed by our Service Delivery Team at the customer's location.

Step 5: Management Tools

We help maximize your wireless portfolio. We provide a full suite of management tools that allow you to work smarter and more efficiently. Procure and manage devices thru our Wireless Manager, track purchase orders with our P.O. Tracker, locate devices with our Asset Tracker, or get real-time reporting with our Reporting Tool. It's all here; and it is all customized for you.

Step 6: Customer Support

Customer Service is our specialty! We provide a Dedicated Customer Support Team to assist with swaps, replacements, technical issues, billing, general user questions and more. We use a proprietary customer ticketing system that tracks customer calls quickly, and if necessary, flags accounts for immediate follow-up. It's our "1-call resolution" and it's our promise to you.
